Filling the void left by the defunct Wood-grilled pork chops are new lobster dishes and more seafood items across the board. New menu items include grilled lobster tacos, shrimp lettuce wraps and a roasted Maine lobster bake. Red Lobster is looking to revive store traffic and slumping sales.
An Associated Press report stated the menu is now 85 percent seafood, up from 75 percent after eliminating the pork chop dish and other items such as Spicy Tortilla Soup.
Red Lobster operates 700 restaurants across the United States and Canada.
