Jack Coleman, Allen Harim's senior director of marketing and sales, brings 35 years of poultry industry experience to his new post.

SEAFORD, Del. – Jack Coleman was named senior director of marketing and sales for Allen Harim, a leading poultry-processing company on Delmarva.

Coleman will oversee lead development and execution and oversight of marketing strategies. He also will be responsible for building customer relationships and trade awareness of Allen Harim. His other areas of focus include support for the overall company vision and long-term business strategy related to product planning, distribution and pricing.

Before his promotion, Coleman was working with Allen Harim as a contracted business coach, assisting executive team members with developing the company's short- and long-term strategic plans. He has a 35-year track record in the poultry and food manufacturing industry in senior management sales and marketing roles.

Coleman earned a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from West Virginia Univ. He is a longtime member of the National Chicken Council, having served as NCC marketing committee chairman from 2009-2010.
