FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The rise of the fast-casual restaurant concept has changed the way America eats, and Foodable WebTV Network has set out to inform industry and consumers about this rapidly rising foodservice segment in a film called “Fast-Casual Nation — The Documentary”.

Hosted by Paul Barron, founder and executive producer, the film traces the fast casual concept from its inception to its meteoric rise. The documentary highlights fast casual innovations and trends around the country and includes interviews with major industry stakeholders.
