HONOLULU – Molokai Ranch recently hosted a tasting event to launch the company's Molokai Ranch Beef brand, a line of grass-fed Angus beef products. The event featured a four-course menu of composed dishes with wine pairings.

"We are proud of Molokai's heritage," said Clay Rumbaoa, CEO of Molokai Ranch, "and with community support of our vision, we are successfully revitalizing ranching operations and building the island's sustainable future."

Molokai Ranch is Hawaii's second-largest ranch, covering 55,000 acres of beach and countryside. In addition to its grass-fed Angus program, Molokai Ranch launched a program of Wagyu embryo transplants in 2013. The company currently is seeking partnerships with local chefs and restaurants that demand sustainably produced beef products.
