How salaries stack up: The 2007 Salary Survey and Job Satisfaction Report

Since 2000, the MEAT&POULTRY Annual Salary Survey and Job Satisfaction Report has alternated each year between surveying large processing companies (those with more than $100 million in annual sales) and small to midsize companies (with sales of less than $100 million). This year’s data reflects responses from 284 respondents from small and midsize meat and poultry processing companies and reveals some telling trend data since we began targeting companies by size seven years ago.
