Co-sponsored by Sens. John Thune (R-SD), Ben Nelson (D-NE), Mike Johanns (R-NE) and Tim Johnson (D-SD), it extends the ethanol blenders’ tax credit; the small ethanol producers tax credit; the cellulosic producer tax credit; and the ethanol import tariff, according to the American Meat Institute.
