Meijer recalls limited amount of ground beef

ROCKFORD, Mich. – Mass retailer Meijer is recalling 663 lbs. of ground beef on concerns the product may contain magnet fragments, according to news reports. No injuries were reported in connection with the products.

The recall includes Laura's brand ground beef and Meijer brand ground chuck, round, sirloin, ground beef and hamburger sold over the weekend. The recall only applies to the Rockford store; no other Meijer stores are affected.
