Food-safety symposium at I.A.F.P.

ST. PAUL. MINN. — A symposium on Key Trends in 21st Century Food Safety will be presented by 3M Food Safety during the International Association for Food Protection (I.A.F.P.) Annual Meeting in August. I.A.F.P. attendees are invited to attend the presentation at the Anaheim Hilton Pacific Ballroom, Monday, Aug. 2, from 6:30-8 p.m.
Frank Yiannas, vice president of food safety at Walmart, will offer a unique perspective on key trends affecting the future of food safety, success in a changing environment, emerging issues and leading-edge prevention strategies.
