KANSAS CITY, Mo. – As part of a campaign to promote European veal in North America, The Dutch Meat Industry Association’s Frans van Dongen partnered with MEAT+POULTRY on a webinar to highlight the quality and other features of Dutch veal.

As the largest exporter of veal in the world, van Dongen discussed the standards that make The Netherlands’ prize meat item a delicacy the world deserves.
