Prime time for Back Yard Burgers

The chain is putting a prime rib sandwich on its menu until the end of the year.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – As part of its holiday season promotions, Back Yard Burgers will offer a prime rib sandwich at its restaurants until Dec. 31.
The sandwich is a ½ lb. of prime rib topped with caramelized onions, garlic parmesan aioli, lettuce and tomatoes on a brioche bun.
David McDougall, CEO of Back Yard Burgers, said “The new prime rib sandwich is also a great choice while you’re busy out running last-minute holiday errands.”
Charlotte, North Carolina-based private equity firm, Axum Capital Partners, recently acquired Back Yard Burgers. The new holding company is called Tatum Holdings, LLC and focuses on remodeling existing Back Yard Burgers locations, investing in technology and growing the brand.
