Red Robin adds catering option to-go

The customizable burger offering will work for tailgates, parties and more.
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews have announced the launch of a new catering option called the Gourmet Burger Bar. Participating Red Robin restaurants will serve 10 or more fire-grilled burgers that can be customized to each guest.
"From weekend tailgates to weekday meetings, any group gathering is made more delicious, and convenient, with a Red Robin Gourmet Burger Bar," said Jonathan Muhtar, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Red Robin. “This new offering makes it easy for a host or hostess to serve up high-quality, made-to-order gourmet burgers without missing any of the action.”
Burgers for the Gourmet Burger Bar come individually wrapped and made-to-order. Protein choices include beef, turkey, chicken breast or veggie; bun options are sesame, ciabatta, whole wheat or gluten-free; and cheese choice are American, cheddar, Pepper-Jack, provolone or Swiss.
Guests can choose from a variety of toppings and condiments including: onion straws, grilled pineapple, mushrooms, guacamole, bacon, jalapeños, pickle relish, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and pickles. Condiment options include bourbon barbecue, chipotle aioli, teriyaki sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo and Red Robin seasoning and Yukon Kettle Chips served on the side.
Pricing varies by location with a 10-burger minimum and the to-go orders include plates, serving utensils, napkins and cutlery kits are included with every Gourmet Burger Bar.
