Deli Brands hires new sales leader

BALTIMORE – John Kewn joined Deli Brands of America (DBA) on Oct. 12 as national account sales manager. 

Kewn is responsible for expanding and developing the private brand program in both foodservice and retail. He will also be responsible for selling DBA’s new Honest to Goodness Natural ABF Deli product. 

“We are thrilled to have a seasoned sales professional to help us get to the next level of distribution of great products at Deli Brands of America,” said Jeff Saval, president of Deli Brands of America.

Before joining Deli Brands of America, Kewn was director of sales at Plumrose USA. He plans to expand the DBA processing menu of corned beef, roast beef, pastrami and other beef and pork processed products across the US.
