ATLANTA — Arby’s added an additional item to its lineup of buttermilk chicken sandwiches on Oct. 2 with its Chicken Pepperoni Parm. The sandwich features pepperoni on top of chicken with mozzarella and roasted garlic sauce served on a bun.

“When it comes to protein, we have more quality, variety, and abundance than any other restaurant chain in the industry, and our lineup of buttermilk breaded chicken sandwiches is a perfect example of this,” said Jim Taylor, chief marketing officer of Arby’s Restaurant Group Inc. “But the quality doesn’t stop with the meats. Our new Chicken Pepperoni Parm features fresh, thick cut mozzarella that really sets it apart.”

Arby’s other buttermilk chicken sandwiches include:

•    Buffalo Chicken: a fillet of chicken breast with spicy buffalo sauce and topped with parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing and iceberg lettuce.

•    Chicken Bacon & Swiss: a chicken breast topped with thick cut pepper bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard

•    Chicken Cordon Bleu: a chicken breast fillet topped with thinly sliced ham, Swiss cheese and mayo.

•    Crispy Chicken: a chicken breast fillet topped with lettuce, mayo and tomato.

Arby’s offers at least eight meat-centric menu items daily. Learn more about Arby’s “Meatcraft” in this recent report published in MEAT+POULTRY.
