On the Border names new CFO

DALLAS – On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina announced Sept. 8 the addition of Tom Pennison as the company's new CFO. Pennison joins On the Border after serving as CFO for both Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and Ruth's Hospitality Group. He has 26 years of public and industry experience in finance.

"He not only brings a wealth of leadership experience in restaurant hospitality but also exemplifies our most valued leadership principles. Pennison is a graduate of the Univ. of New Orleans, where he earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1991 before working at KPMG LLC in New Orleans.
