Recently, Meatpoultry.com talked to Angela Muir of handmadeintheheartland.com about an endeavor with the SPAM's Tiny House Sizzle Tour that stopped at Boulevardia, a local Kansas City festival, on June 16 and 17.

There she showed off her KC SPAM Slider, a new recipe for a classic barbecue treat. In this podcast interview, Muir talks about her journey to become a food blogger, why SPAM has become a staple in her kitchen and some other meat items she prepares at home.
