No-fry chicken strips on Boston Market menu

GOLDEN, Colo. – Boston Market recently gave chicken strips a better-for-you makeover by taking them out of the frying pan and into the oven.
The fast-casual chain is offering hand-breaded, breast meat chicken strips that are baked and served with a choice of dipping sauce. The new item will be available through Aug. 13. To promote the baked chicken strips, Boston Market developed a “No Fry Friday” program where diners can enjoy different deals on Oven-Crisp Chicken Strips each Friday from June 9 - 30.
“With nearly half of Americans preferring baked over fried foods, we’re excited to introduce Oven-Crisp Chicken Strips as a new way for guests to enjoy the better-for-you crunch they crave,” said Boston Market CEO, George Michel. “Last year, Oven Crisp Chicken was an instant hit among our guests and we’re eager to hear what they think of our new Oven-Crisp Chicken Strip varieties.”
