MINNEAPOLIS – Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. has announced the offer to sell certain company owned restaurants as part of its ongoing portfolio optimization strategy.

The company has selected 83 restaurants in Canada, Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, the Northeast US, South Texas and Washington, DC for refranchising.

Buffalo Wild Wings previously announced the Cypress Group to manage the initiative. Cypress is a leading restaurant and franchise investment banking firm with over 25 years of multi-unit M&A and corporate refranchising experience.

Cypress will coordinate offering materials with potential buyers to ensure consistency and discipline throughout the process. Cypress is currently entertaining requests and contacting potential parties regarding participation in the process.
