Boston Market opens in Kuwait

This is Boston Market's first restaurant in the Middle East.
GOLDEN, Colo.- Boston Market’s first Middle Eastern restaurant opened this week in Kuwait. The opening is part of a previously announced deal from June 2016 between Boston Market IP Co. Ltd., a Boston Market affiliate, and Al-Ghunaim Trading Co. Ltd. The agreement for area development will open dozens of Boston Markets in the Middle East.
As part of the agreement, Al-Ghunaim Trading Co. will develop Boston Market restaurants in Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Qatar, and Jordan. The agreement and opening in Kuwait are the first phase in a plan for Boston Market to open 25 to 30 locations across the Middle East over the next few years.
The Kuwait restaurant is located in Jabriya of the country’s Hawalli Governorate. It features both indoor and outdoor patio seating and offers home delivery and event catering. A second location in Kuwait is undergoing the final stages of preparation for opening in Sabah Al Salem of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate.
