Smashburger to add turkey option to national menu

DENVER — Smashburger will include turkey burgers alongside its existing menu line of burger options.
The new turkey burger is the fourth protein option on Smashburger’s menu, now offered alongside the company’s fresh, never frozen beef, all-white meat chicken and vegetarian black bean burger options.
“We’ve given our customers a new way to burger, and they are going to flip when they taste what we've created,” said Tom Ryan, Smashburger co-founder and CEO. “We’ve taken the core elements of what our guests love about Smashburger — made-to-order, smashed and seared to perfection — and applied it to our delicious turkey burger that is a game-changer at every level.”
The Smashburger turkey burger will be served on a toasted artisan bun and topped with a selection of produce, cheeses and condiments.
