NEW ORLEANS – Chisesi Brothers Meat Packing Co. announced the launch of two new ready-to-eat deli meats that are flavored with Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning. The new Cajun-style, slow-smoked deli meats include Chisesi’s Cajun Ham and Cajun Roast Beef.
“We take our time to make sure that we are releasing a quality product that will be enjoyed for generations to come,” said Nicholas Chisesi, who represents the fifth-generation of family owners of the business. “When we think ‘Cajun,’ we think ‘Tony Chachere’s,’ and we knew that we had to work with them to get the flavor and value that makes Chisesi a household name.”
Chisesi’s new products, as well as its established VIP ham and traditional roast beef, are available at retailers in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
