KANSAS CITY — Surf and turf offerings are swimming onto menus.

Red Lobster’s new Lobsterfest Surf & Turf features a baked split Maine lobster tail with a savory seafood stuffing paired with a wood-grilled sirloin topped with shrimp in a lobster cream sauce. It’s all served with mashed potatoes and roasted green beans and mushrooms.

Del Taco is debuting the Epic Surf & Turf Burrito is made with crispy Jumbo Shrimp, grilled Carne Asada steak, fresca lime rice, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and creamy ranch sauce all wrapped in an oversized warm flour tortilla.
