TULSA, Okla. – McDonald’s Corp. is testing All Day Breakfast options for its Happy Meals, and 72 restaurants in Tulsa will debut the new offering starting Sept. 26.

The All Day Breakfast Happy Meal will have new entrees that include two McGriddle Cake options and a new Egg & Cheese McMuffin. Customers may choose two options for sides in addition to a drink. Sides for the All Day Breakfast Happy Meal include apple slices; Yoplait Go-GURT Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt; Kids’ Fries (available at lunch or dinner); and hash browns (during breakfast hours or when available).

“As we continue to listen to our customers, we’ve heard families say that All Day Breakfast is something they would like in their kids’ Happy Meal as well,” Kevin Hern, a local McDonald’s owner-operator, said in a news release. “In the spirit of meeting the needs of our customers, starting this month we are expanding an All Day Breakfast Happy Meal test to 72 Tulsa-area restaurants.”
According to McDonald’s the company hasn’t changed the Happy Meal in more than 30 years.
