NEW YORK –Lobel’s of New York, the online butcher shop, expanded its line of ground beef products with a new burger composed of 100 percent USDA Prime filet mignon meat.

Lobel’s took its filet mignon steak and grounded it to an 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio to make a new burger creation.

The new USDA Prime Filet Mignon Burgers are sold exclusively through Lobel’s website at www.lobels.com. The burgers come in a package of two for $21.95. Customers can also choose USDA prime filet mignon sliders that come in packages of eight for the same price.

The new addition extends the line of ground beef burgers that include USDA prime ground beef ($16.98 per pack) and ground prime rib ($18.98 per pack).
