COPPELL, TEXAS — Pizza buffet restaurant Cicis has been acquired by Arlon Group, a food and agriculture investment firm focused on the food supply chain in the Americas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Since its founding in 1985, Cicis has grown to more than 440 restaurants in 33 states and has secured commitments for more than 70 new restaurants. The company recently implemented a brand revitalization, which fueled positive same-store sales for 13 consecutive quarters. The brand refresh was led by Cicis CEO Darin Harris, who will continue to guide the business, the company said.
