The Smoked brisket is slow-smoked over wood for four hours.
DENVER – For a limited time, Qdoba Mexican Eats is offering smoked brisket to its favorite menu items, which include burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads, and the new Outlaw Knockout Taco. The new smoked brisket gets its flavor from smoking the beef using real wood for four hours.
The Outlaw Knockout Taco, with smoked brisket, ancho chile barbecue sauce, habanero salsa, and corn salsa, all topped with fresh cilantro and Cotija cheese and served on a corn tortilla is the newest in Qdoba’s line of Knockout Tacos.
