MINONG, Wis. – With its new Korean BBQ Pork Flame-Grilled Jerky, Jack Link’s says it has implemented a new cooking technique – finishing the product over an open flame.

Jack Link’s says the Korean BBQ Pork Flame-Grilled Jerky provides “a sweet and spicy way to enjoy this popular Eastern Asian style of cooking,” in addition to “finishing the product over an open flame.”

In describing the new taste, Jack Link’s says the sweet pork flavor contrasts perfectly with double-toasted sesame seeds and caramelized brown sugar notes, followed by hints of earthy white onion and garlic.
