KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Insiders at Hormel Foods, Corp., and Tyson Foods, Inc. recently sold shares in those companies.
Donnie Smith, president and CEO of Tyson, sold 10,000 shares valued approximately $417,774, or $41.80 per share, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Smith owns 138,189 shares in the company.
At Hormel Foods, Vice President and Treasurer Roland Gentzler sold 1,500 company shares valued at $85,545, or an average price of $57.00 per share. SEC documents show Gentzler now owns 32,904 shares in the company.
