CHICAGO – Help is here for consumers in need of tips on how to handle hot dogs and other grilling topics. Now through Labor Day, Ball Park’s grilling gurus are on the Finest Franks Hotline and armed with expert advice to help consumers through the 2015 grilling season. Tyson Foods, Inc. acquired the Ball Park brand with its 2014 acquisition of The Hillshire Brands Company.

Consumers can access the hotline through a call, text or tweet. The hotline is one of several initiatives to promote the launch of two new flavors of Park’s Finest brand of franks — Slow Cooked Chili and Jalapeno Cheddar.

“During the summer, consumers are seeking grilling advice, everything from how to grill the finest frank, to which utensil is best for turning a hot dog,” said Kristina Lambert, vice president and general manager, Ball Park brand. “The Finest Franks Hotline will help answer all those questions and give consumers access to our more than 60 years of expertise and knowledge.”

The Finest Franks hotline is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 7 pm Eastern time, and on weekends and holidays from 2 pm to 5 pm Eastern time. To access the hotline, call 1-844-4FRANKS, tweet @BallParkBrand using #MakeItFinest or text to 57872.
