Allen Harim names food safety director

SEAFORD, Del. – Todd Beal, a 25-year poultry industry veteran, was named director of quality and food safety at Allen Harim. Beale will oversee product quality and ensure products meet all regulatory standards.
Beal joins the company after holding a variety of positions in the poultry industry, most recently as director of food safety and quality assurance for Hain Pure Protein in York, Pa. He began his career at Perdue Farms.
“Todd brings a depth of experience and a commitment to excellence that will help Allen Harim grow and thrive,” said Steve Evans, CEO. “We are very pleased that he has joined our team.”
Beal holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Univ. of Maryland.
