ATLANTA – The Georgia World Congress Center was the scene of the largest International Production & Processing Expo on record. Event organizers reported an estimated 30,000 poultry, meat and feed professionals from all over the world attended the show which was held Jan. 27-29.

The show also hosted 1,288 exhibitors with more than 490,000 net sq. ft. of exhibit space. The show is sponsored by the US Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY), American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) and North American Meat Institute (NAMI).

The 2015 IPPE featured a large exhibit floor; an education program line-up featuring 25 conferences, seminars and other programs; and featured events such as the International Poultry Scientific Forum, Pet Food Conference, Pork 101 Workshop and Tech XChange.

“This year’s record-breaking size and attendance numbers are a testament to IPPE’s unparalleled education sessions, numerous networking opportunities and unique exhibits. The decision to consolidate three trade shows has produced an annual event that is greater than the sum of its parts,” the three organizations said. “The enthusiasm and energy displayed by this year’s attendees and exhibitors will only ensure the success and growth of future Expos.”
