LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Einstein Noah Restaurant Group's new sandwiches let chicken take the spotlight. The chain's Bavarian Chicken Sandwich and Napa Valley Chicken Sandwich are the latest additions to the company's line of signature sandwiches.

The Bavarian Chicken Sandwich features a whole chicken breast fillet, beer cheese spread, Applewood bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and honey mustard, served on a pretzel roll made from Einstein Noah’s signature bagel dough. The Napa Valley Chicken Sandwich is also prepared with a whole chicken breast fillet and topped with melted Brie cheese, sweet fig jam, red onion, organic arugula and a spread of garlic aioli on a potato roll.

“We are excited to add these gourmet chicken sandwiches, with their fresh ingredients and flavors, to give customers another delicious lunchtime option,” said Glenn Lunde, chief concept officer for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. “These sandwiches feature a new white meat chicken fillet, fresh-baked rolls made from our signature bagel dough, and gourmet toppings that create a truly unique eating experience.”

Participating Einstein Bros. and Noah's locations are running a promotion that allows diners to download a coupon for $2 off a Napa Valley or Bavarian Chicken Sandwich.
