Applebee's launches new rib dish

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Applebee's seized upon the popularity of street-inspired cuisine with the creation of the chain's CrossCut Ribs.
The new rib dish features bone-in cuts of slow-cooked pork loin that are cut to a snack size. The ribs can be paired with Sweet Asian Chile, Smoky Chipotle or classic Honey BBQ.
“We’re thrilled to push the envelope and introduce new flavorful and tender Crosscut Ribs,” said Darin Dugan, Applebee’s senior vice president of Culinary and Marketing.
