Fuddruckers brings on the bourbon

HOUSTON – Fuddruckers' Southern roadhouse roots served as inspiration for the chain's Bourbon Burger, debuting companywide for summer.
The burger, developed by Corporate Executive Chef Dan Phalen, features a grilled-to-order premium beef patty glazed in a sweet bourbon sauce. The burger is topped with bacon, bourbon caramelized onions and blue cheese.
The Bourbon Burger will be available at the chain's 180 fast casual locations.
