Dickey's Barbecue names VP of franchise development

DALLAS – Madison Jobe was named vice president of Franchise Development of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. The barbecue chain is planning to expand by 100 restaurants within the next year, and Jobe will be leading expansion.

"We are doing something that has never been done before by taking fast casual barbecue nationwide at such an aggressive pace," said Roland Dickey, Jr., president and CEO of Dickey's Barbecue. "Madison has a proven track record in the restaurant industry and extensive consumer brand experience that will allow us to position our barbecue franchise for continued success."

Jobe recently served as senior vice president and chief development officer for Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. He also was involved in the creation and expansion of Pie Five Pizza Co. During his career, Jobe has held executive positions at Stockade Companies, Ruby's Diner, Shakey's Pizza, and Red Robin.
