OSI announces promotions

AURORA, Ill. – OSI Group, LLC announced two additions to the company's executive team.
Sherry DeMeulenaere was promoted to senior vice president and CFO. She has worked for OSI since 2008 as vice president and treasurer. Before joining OSI, DeMeulenaere worked for Office Max, Inc. as assistant treasurer, Baxter International as director of international treasury and Kraft in a variety of roles including assistant controller, controller, profit improvement programs director, planning manager and strategy manager.
DeMeulenaere has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Univ. of Michigan and a Master’s degree in finance from Arizona State Univ.
Donna Bunch Coaxum was promoted to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of OSI Group. Coaxum will be responsible for the company's global legal operations.
Coaxum brings 20 years of experience to the general counsel post. Before joining OSI, Coaxum was an attorney for Kraft Foods, Oscar Mayer, Sears Roebuck and Towers Watson. She has legal experience across a variety of business units in various areas of the law with a special focus on the food and consumer products industry.
Most recently, Coaxum rejoined OSI in 2009 as vice president, general counsel and secretary, having previously served as senior counsel from 2001-2003.
Coaxum has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue Univ. She received her law degree from the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of the bar in Wisconsin, Illinois, Pennsylvania and California. Coaxum also has a certified public accountant designation in Illinois.
