CANTON, Mass. – Dunkin' Donuts has added a Chicken Apple Sausage breakfast sandwich to the chain's line-up of breakfast fare.
The new sandwich features egg, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a split chicken sausage seasoned with spices and real apple, served on a toasted English muffin. The item is featured as a breakfast meal, but it's available across day-parts.
"Our guests recognize Dunkin' Donuts for the variety of choices we offer, and as the breakfast leader we are committed to introducing new and unique food and beverages that continue to distinguish our brand for our menu innovation," said Jeff Miller, executive chef and vice president of Culinary Innovation for Dunkin' Brands. "By bringing chicken apple sausage to our menu, Dunkin' Donuts can offer yet another distinct, delicious breakfast sandwich under 400 calories for our busy, on-the-go guests."
The Chicken Apple Sausage sandwich is the latest addition to the Dunkin' Donuts line-up of breakfast sandwiches. Dunkin' also launched the Turkey Sausage sandwich.
