PHILADELPHIA – Hand-crafted burgers and gourmet sandwiches await baseball fans at nine Major League Baseball stadiums in partnership with Aramark.
"Every year we brainstorm new and innovative ways to enrich the game day experience for baseball fans," said Carl Mittleman, president, Aramark Sports and Entertainment. "This year, we focused on bringing more beloved local brands and distinctive tastes to the ballpark. By focusing on the localization and customization of each ballpark menu, we're able to provide a unique experience for every guest who comes through the turnstile."
Aramark is able to evaluate which items are fan-favorites and which items need improvement using data analytics and customer feedback from the previous season.
Among Aramark's new line-up: the Fried Egg Burger, Mozzarella Cheese Burger and Portobello Burger which are handmade Fenway Park in Boston; Nolan Ryan Beef 8-oz. Single Burgers, Bacon Burgers and Mushroom Swiss Burgers at Minute Maid Park in Houston; and The Closer, which is an overstuffed grilled cheese sandwich with four slices of thick-cut sourdough, nine different cheeses, candied bacon and a leek and granny smith apple compote at PNC Park in Pittsburg.
