NAMA names Reiser 'Supplier of the Year'

RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – Canton, Mass.-based Reiser recently received Supplier of the Year honors from the North American Meat Association (NAMA). Roger Reiser, president of the company, accepted the award during NAMA's Annual Meeting.
“As a proponent of technological progress for the betterment of the industry, Roger has been a thought leader. He is also a strong supporter of this association. His dedication to excellence is unparalleled,” said NAMA Co-President Tony Gahn, Jr., of Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Gahn Meat Company, Inc., during the award presentation held at the association's Meat Industry Management Conference.
Reiser is one of the most respected suppliers of processing and packaging equipment in the food industry, NAMA noted. The company includes several prominent manufacturing companies, including Vemag, Holac, Ross Industries, and AMFEC, as well as sales and service companies in numerous countries around the world. Reiser Group employs more than 1,000 people and serves customers in more than 100 countries.
