ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Gold'n Plump has launched boneless skinless chicken breast portions as a value-added option for retailers to offer their customers.
The product carries an all-natural label claim and contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or added hormones, according to the company. The breast portions are packaged in 16 oz. trays with a suggested retail price of $4.99.
Marketing support for the chicken breast portions includes the Gold'n Plump
website in addition to Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest social media sites. GNP Company also will provide point-of-sale shelf talker materials and coupons.
“Gold’n Plump Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Portions provide convenient, recipe-ready options for consumers,” said Rory Bidinger, Gold’n Plump brand advocacy and marketing manager for GNP Company
. “Approximately 40 percent of chicken recipes on popular websites require chopping, dicing or some other form of further cutting. The new chicken breast portions will reduce a consumer’s preparation time and provide retailers with a value-driven option.”
