ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Gold'n Plump has launched boneless skinless chicken breast portions as a value-added option for retailers to offer their customers.

The product carries an all-natural label claim and contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or added hormones, according to the company. The breast portions are packaged in 16 oz. trays with a suggested retail price of $4.99.

Marketing support for the chicken breast portions includes the Gold'n Plump website in addition to Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest social media sites. GNP Company also will provide point-of-sale shelf talker materials and coupons.

“Gold’n Plump Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Portions provide convenient, recipe-ready options for consumers,” said Rory Bidinger, Gold’n Plump brand advocacy and marketing manager for GNP Company. “Approximately 40 percent of chicken recipes on popular websites require chopping, dicing or some other form of further cutting. The new chicken breast portions will reduce a consumer’s preparation time and provide retailers with a value-driven option.”
