LEESBURG, Ind. – Maple Leaf Farms has added duck bacon to the company's product line-up.
Made from boneless breast meat, the bacon is cured and smoked over apple wood. The thick-sliced duck bacon contains 57 percent less fat than pork bacon and has pork bacon texture, according to the company.
