ORANGE, Calif. – San Luis Sausage has launched a new specialty bratwurst – six-inch sausages filled with smoked cheddar cheese.
“After receiving rave reviews for these juicy brats at specialty events, we are excited to be able to offer them for the first time to our customers,” said Grace Knight, owner of San Luis Sausage. “Restaurant and bar patrons will love this gourmet take on a traditional bratwurst.”
San Luis Sausage is touting the specialty bratwursts as an appetizer or hors d'oeuvre solution. The Smoked Cheddar Bratwursts are currently available for distribution through wholesale to foodservice channels such as hotels and restaurants.
