NAMA to host meat labeling webinars

OAKLAND, Calif. – The North American Meat Association is hosting a series of three meat labeling compliance seminars in June.

Three 90-minute webinars will be held on consecutive Wednesdays, starting June 5, at 1 pm EDT / 10 am PDT. Speakers include Kim Karweik of Sara Lee, Jeff Canavan of USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, Julie Henderson of Agricultural Marketing Service, Brett Schwemer and Jolyda Swaim of OFW Law, and Richard Siegel of Richard Siegal Law Offices.
