Tyson launches new pork shoulder product

DAKOTA DUNES, SD – Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc., the beef and pork subsidiary of Tyson Foods, Inc., is offering a new, marinated pork product for retail outlets, called Pork Shoulder for Carnitas. The meat is pre-seasoned and packaged in a cook-in bag with easy-to-follow instructions, according to the company.
