West Liberty to expand Utah facility

WEST LIBERTY, Iowa – West Liberty Foods, LLC announced plans to add more than 34,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and storage space to the company’s Tremonton, Utah, facility.
Increased sales volumes made the expansion necessary, according to the company. The expansion will add an estimated 10 million lbs. of manufacturing capabilities to the facility. The new expansion will be the third addition to the facility since 2007.
“The expansion of the Tremonton, Utah, facility is part of our company’s continued success, and the additional space will serve to benefit our customers,” said Ed Garrett, president and chief executive officer of West Liberty Foods.
West Liberty Foods is a co-packer, private label manufacturer and foodservice supplier of sliced deli meats and fully cooked products.
