Tyson launches pork mini-racks

DAKOTA DUNES, SD – Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc. has introduced Pork Sparerib Mini Racks, a pre-seasoned pork sparerib product aimed at consumers looking to simple and flavorful meal solutions.
The St. Louis-style, pork ribs come in Applewood and Teriyaki flavors and are portioned to feed a family of four or as a finger food. The ribs can be grilled, roasted, or prepared in a slow cooker, according to Tyson.
