CP Packaging makes executive appointment

APPLETON, Wis. – Raymond G. Buchko, Jr. was named president and chief executive officer of CP Packaging LLC effective immediately, the company announced Sept. 26. He succeeds his father Raymond G. Buchko, Sr., founder of CP Packaging who will remain a member of the company's board of directors and continues to lead new product development for the company.
“With the rapid growth of CP Packaging’s VisionPak product line in the protein and dairy markets of the food industry, CP’s board recognized the need to focus on operational excellence, best practices and execution," said Wayne P. Henry, managing member of CP Packaging’s board of directors. "Ray Buchko, Jr., has over 23 years of operational and sales experience in the packaging industry and is well qualified to lead CP Packaging in its next phase of rapid growth. He has done an outstanding job building CP’s presence in the market with large, medium and smaller customers. This is an important milestone for both CP Packaging as a company and for Ray, Jr., personally.”
CP Packaging designs and manufactures packaging machines for the meat and dairy industries.
