Golden Island launches new jerky flavors

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Global flavors are the inspiration behind Golden Island Jerky Co.’s six new flavors of jerky, the company said June 27.
The company’s newest flavors of beef jerky are Hickory Black Pepper, Chili Lime and Mandarin Orange. The newest pork flavors are Teriyaki, Grilled Barbecue and Korean Barbecue.
“Our unique small-batch cooking process, combined with our authentic, natural ingredients and 100-percent whole cuts of beef and pork, make our jerky the perfect choice for snacking,” said Anna Kan, president and CEO of Golden Island Jerky. “Our goal is always to use fresh, real ingredients, so when you bite into a piece of Golden Island jerky, the taste you experience is an authentically delicious representation of the flavor on the bag.”
The product is available in 3-oz., re-sealable packages. Golden Island Jerky products are sold online and in-store at select Costco locations and at a number of Central Market grocery stores in Texas. Golden Island Jerky makes a variety of kettle-cooked beef and flame-grilled pork jerkies in more than 20 flavors.
