DENVER – Quiznos has forged a partnership with the ACA Group, which was selected to launch the first Quiznos restaurants in the Philippines.

The company’s first restaurant is scheduled to open in Manila early in 2012, but a location for the store has not been determined. If the initial venture is successful, more than 35 more locations could be added in the Philippines in the future.

Both companies said the Philippines’ middle-class consumers’ affinity for American brands and their preference for hot, fresh food are positive indicators of the brand’s potential for success.

“Quiznos’ unique toasted recipes really appeal to the Filipino palate, and we are confident local consumers will embrace Quiznos as they have embraced other major American brands,” said Dr. Amable Aguiluz, ACA Group CEO.

By 2020, Quiznos plans to open more than 400 international locations in more than 40 regions throughout the world. The Denver-based national and international chain offers chef-inspired recipes for sandwiches, soups and salads.
