Red Robin burger includes Jim Beam for flavor

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Red Robin introduced the Sweet Jim Beam Bacon Swiss Burger to its holiday promo line-up. This limited time offering is available through Dec. 24.
The bourbon is cooked down with molasses and caramelized onions so there is no alcohol in the burger, and it is paired with a garlic buttered brioche bun, Swiss cheese and applewood smoked bacon, said Dave Woolley, Red Robin’s executive chef.
The burger is being offered for $9.79 (price may vary at the company’s franchise restaurants).
More than 460 Red Robin restaurants are located throughout the United States and Canada.
