The sights and sounds of the 2011 PROCESS EXPO are included in this video clip. Chefs at the Culinary Pavillion performed three daily cooking demonstrations for visitors to the show floor. Chef Robert Benson of Le Cordon Bleu discusses how PROCESS EXPO is part of his students' education. The 2011 PROCESS EXPO runs from Nov. 1-4 in Chicago.
